Before beginning your application, you are required to discuss your program application with your Faculty Advisor or College Advisor. If you are planning to meet with your College Advisor, please make an appointment with the Advisor that was assigned to you in your first year at Lewis & Clark. You will need to have a four-year plan on file with your College Advisor in order to get their signature on this form.
After filling out this form, your advisor will receive an email requesting their electronic signature as confirmation that you have met with them and they approve of your plan to study abroad.
If you don't see your advisor's name automatically listed in the dropdown menu, you can type their name and email manually.
